Payment Policy

Pal Pal is our prefered payment. If using Paypal, buyer must have a “confirmed” address. If you have an "Unconfirmed Address", this will delay your order from shipping expeditiously.

All checks and money orders must be in US currency. Personal checks are held 7 - 10 business days to assure proper clearance before shipment. Do not pay via personal check if you do not want to wait the additional time required. All New Jersey residents will be charged 6% sales tax towards purchases.

All orders placed after 8:00 AM Eastern Time will be processed on the following business day. Orders are processed then shipped within 24 -36 hours from the time payment has been confirmed.

Currently we will only accept orders shipped to addresses within the United States. We hope to be shipping to Canada in the near future. We do not backorder any items at this time; however we update our inventory on the website daily.

If you do not receive your order within 8 working days send an email message to sales@toyexit.com so we may investigate why you did not receive your order.
